Meet Dr. Sumit Bapna
Facial Plastic Surgeon

Sumit Bapna, MD, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, attended Solon High School and earned his Medical Degree from Northeastern Ohio Medical University (NEOMED), enrolled in a 6-year combined BS/MD program, where he continued to excel, serving as president of Alpha Omega Alpha, the medical school honor society.

He then completed a general surgical internship at Mount Carmel Medical Center and residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the Ohio State University Medical Center. Dr. Bapna continued his training by completing a prestigious fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery sponsored by the AAFPRS (American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery) in San Francisco, California under the direction of Corey S. Maas, MD and Sheldon S. Kabaker, MD. Dr. Bapna’s interests include cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the nose and face and minimally invasive treatments for facial rejuvenation including the use of neuromodulators, dermal fillers and laser resurfacing, as well hair replacement and restoration.

He is an author of several articles and book chapters pertaining to facial plastic surgery. Additionally, he is a physician trainer, teaching injection techniques to other physicians for a leading distributor of neurotoxins and facial fillers. Dr. Bapna is dual board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Bapna resides in Dublin, Ohio with his wife and three children.
